For this recipe you will need:
1 cup of glenisk Greek style yogurt
1 cup if frozen raspberries
1 cup of fresh strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup of orange juice{not from concentrate}
1/2 cup of ice
Simply add all your ingredients into your smoothie blender and whizz the life out of them until the mixture has a smooth consistency... Et voile
